Training Labs for Renewable Energies and HVAC

The requirements in the profession of a HVAC system engineer have changed significantly over time. Adapted to the requirements of modern vocational training, we have developed training labs, for example on supply technology and environmental technology. But we also offer teaching concepts beyond the topics presented here, e.g. in the areas of waste water, climate, controlled domestic ventilation, etc.

Supply Technology

The mobile teaching systems for gas technology, bathroom installation, drinking water, heating hydraulics including the Wilo-Brain Box are used here. The interlocking of theory and practical workstations and three learning islands with flexible work surfaces perfectly complement this room.

Environmental Technology

The mobile and flexible heating technology teaching system can be used to teach the topics of heat pump, solar thermal and biomass heating. With an additional, large battery storage with energy management system, the heat pump can also be operated self-sufficiently. This training lab is complemented by the solar power lab for photovoltaics.

Assembly Workshop

In this workshop, classic assembly work is practised in a modern and professional environment at highly flexible workstations and taught in theory and practice using modern tools. Short distances from theory to workpiece preparation and assembly are the main features of the modern assembly workshop. The trainees prepare their workpieces at hexagonal workbenches, then assemble them at the work surfaces of the learning islands, where they are also put into operation and the success of the work can be checked directly.

Training labs according to your individual requirements

The perfect combination of equipment, furniture, systems, machines and didactic learning media enables us to realise your individual training lab.
