Training Stand Compressed-Air Braking System WABCO EBS 1C/TEBS-E
Motor Vehicle and Trailer

Item No.: 32855

The motor vehicle compressed air braking system is constructed exclusively from original WABCO components. To demonstrate the EBS control processes, the functional model has four electrically driven wheel units to simulate the front and rear axles. An integrated fault circuit with ten practical faults offers the opportunity to simulate realistic operating situations and practise troubleshooting. The modular system design allows for gradual familiarisation with the field of commercial vehicle compressed air braking systems. The flexible connections between the components ensure maximum freedom in the design of learning situations and action-oriented teaching of the learning content. The colour-coded compressed air lines support a clear, structured test setup. For connection to suitable diagnostic OBD diagnostic interfaces.

Equipped with 4 large, foldable pressure gauges and original test connections, the test steps for the SP function and pressure safety test can be clearly displayed in accordance with Annex VIII § 29 StVZO (German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations). The original WABCO diagnostic programme, WABCO test devices and WABCO presentation programmes are available as extensions and accessories. The size has been adapted to the dimensions of a conventional 80 cm door. This means that the structure can also be moved within a building without any problems and can be used in different locations.

Important information:

For trouble-free operation of the system, a compressed air supply (compressor) of 7.5 to 9.0 bar and a sufficient litre capacity > 200 l/min is required. The pressure tank should have a capacity of at least 100 litres.

Subject to technical changes.
