Robot Arm Version 2 with web control!
Discover the innovation in automation: our new robot arm can be controlled directly via a web application for the first time - simply, flexibly and from anywhere. Maximum control, modern technology, ready for immediate use.
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of robotics and automation Technology!
As part of an exciting and innovative project, you can teach the basics of the metal and electrical industry that are relevant to the profession, paired with new automation technology.
The kinematics of the 7-axis robot arm are similar to those of an industrial robot. By building this robot arm, your trainees will learn all the necessary basics of metalworking and electrical engineering.
The basic equipment includes an Arduino. This means that the robot arm can also be controlled and operated without a PLC, so that the trainee can also operate the model at home. A connection to a PLC or various control systems is possible at any time!
Our aim is to prepare trainees for the mechatronics technician exam in the best possible way. The linear axis of the robot arm corresponds to the axis model that appears in the Part 2 final examination. This allows trainees to apply their knowledge in a targeted manner and align their skills with the requirements of the exam.
The complete package contains all the materials required to build the robot arm.
The material set contains:
- Standard parts,
- semi-finished products,
- circuit boards,
- and electric drives required to build the robot arm.
The digital media centre offers extensive training documents such as:
- Drawing sets,
- assembly drawings,
- images,
- videos,
- and the Arduino programme.
Processing time: 8-12 weeks
It also contains control and evaluation forms to check the progress and understanding of the trainees.
When you purchase the project work, you will receive a link to download the media centre.

- Industrial mechanics
All materials required to build the robot arm are included, with the following exception:
Standard consumables such as 0.35 mm² core wires, wire end ferrules and heat-shrink tubing are not included in the scope of delivery.
-
The cables for the servomotors and the solenoid must be extended. The wire leads required for this are not included in the scope of delivery.
-
To connect the motors and potentiometers, additional core cables, end sleeves and heat-shrink tubing are required, which are also not included in the scope of delivery.
