Engine technology is a central element of automotive engineering – and one that is constantly changing. Future-proof drive concepts require compatibility in the areas of performance, efficiency and environmental compatibility. Different technologies, such as the classic combustion engine, hybrid drive and electric drive, form a broad spectrum of knowledge in the training and further education of automotive mechatronics technicians.
To teach relevant content for drive technology – petrol, diesel and hybrid – we have developed technical functional models and functional engines based on those used by leading vehicle manufacturers.
