FlowLab4edu – Simulate, Create and Control Fluid Power for Education and Vocational Training
GRAFCET – Pneumatics – Electropneumatics
FlowLab4edu is a comprehensive software for creating, simulating and controlling GRAFCET diagrams as well as pneumatic and electropneumatic circuits. Any pneumatic and electropneumatic circuit diagrams and GRAFCET diagrams can be created using the intuitive editors. You can also connect or simulate the created electropneumatic circuit diagrams and GRAFCET diagrams with real controllers (such as LOGO, S7-1200, S7-1500) and external circuits via various TCPIP software interfaces. Use the process visualisation and create process images for operating, monitoring and analysing simulated GRAFCET, pneumatic, electropneumatic circuit diagrams or real electropneumatic systems.

Pneumatic and electropneumatic simulation
Testing the behaviour of pneumatic circuits in the simulation or connecting real electropneumatic elements.
Pneumatics and electropneumatics editor
The intuitive editor has an extensive library of pneumatic components and electrical elements. A wide range of settings can be made for the individual components.
GRAFCET
Graphical process description of the developed pneumatic and electropneumatic circuit diagrams or existing process images using GRAFCET. Monitoring and observing the processes in the GRAFCET view even before the technological implementation.
Process visualisation
Create process images for monitoring and operating simulated or real systems. Create your individual process images with the process visualisation.
Data logging and storage
All sequences of analogue and binary signals, such as positions, switching states, pressures, temperatures, flow rates, etc., can be recorded, saved and stored as measured values.
