The lack of skilled and qualified workers is also a highly topical issue in Russia, and the Russian government is taking targeted efforts to strengthen the vocational training system based on the German dual system. Professional standards are being introduced and there is a trend towards a stronger participation of the companies in continuing vocational further training.
Christiani has been active in Russia and the Russian-speaking former CIS states for many years now and has, among other things, implemented training labs in Minsk and Moscow. Both projects support the technical training in the field of renewable energies. Besides the hardware the projects also included high quality didactics in Russian language.
Christiani also accompanies the Chamber of Commerce in Moscow with examination documents and materials in its program to support German companies in introducing vocational training according to the German dual system.
