Lift the quality of your training to the next level!
With the mMS Sorting System Compact 4.0, you can teach automation and mechatronics from the basics to complex industrial 4.0 topics and networking in a small space.
The mechatronics system represents an industrial production process in a small format. Aluminium and plastic cube halves with spring pins are used as workpieces. As part of the production process, the system produces end products from semi-finished products.
The complete system consists of two sub-stations that function independently and can be operated separately.
The Sorting System Compact 4.0 is equipped with two S7-1512C controllers. In addition, two SIMATIC TP700 Comfort touch panels (HMI) are used. The system is controlled via the two touch panels. Alternatively, the SSC 4.0 can also be controlled via the dashboard. The dashboard can be displayed on a PC, a tablet or a smartphone.
With the help of the dashboard, relevant production data can be displayed on a graphical user interface in an easily comprehensible form. In addition, it offers the possibility to transmit orders from the dashboard to the system. The documentation for the learning system is realized as an online Wiki, which enables access to all relevant information at any time and from any location.
As far as possible, open source products were used for programming, which means that you as the customer do not incur any expensive license fees.
We also offer training courses on our systems. These can take place at your premises or in one of our competence centres. Get in touch with us and we will work out the right contents for you together.

Industry 4.0 learning content is relevant for the following training occupations:
The system can be used sustainably for training and further education in the field of mechatronics and automation technology.
The system is suitable for use in:
Without compressed air supply! Additionally needs a compressor or another suitable compressed air source (min. 4 bar, max. 10 bar, approx. 50 l/min.)
Electrical supply and power consumption:
Both stations are usually supplied with 230 VAC 50/60 Hz and have their own power supplies, so that independent operation is possible. However, the power supplies have a wide input range which allows operation within the following voltage limits:
The power consumption of the two stations is typically:
The control unit of each station is equipped with a 5x20 mm 1 A T fuse.
Spare fuses are supplied with the system.
Compressed air requirement:
The complete system requires approx. 10 l/min in operating condition.
Both stations have their own maintenance unit so that independent operation is possible.
